Hi, I’m Festus Amoye, founder of Laddering Your Success. My struggles as a student has given me the strength to build this organization with a goal of helping struggling students that’s in the same situation as I was.
Today, many students leave high school unprepared to take on the fast-paced real-world challenges that prevent them from successfully continuing their education. I was one of those unprepared students and that is I created LYS to ensure every student has the ability to be successful before they leave high school.
Our mission at Laddering Your Success is centered on providing all students a pathway for success that is proven and purpose-driven by providing simple and easy to use strategies to remove roadblocks in their career pursuits and turn today’s dreams into a future path of unlimited possibilities. Why? Because my humble success story best represents through the LYS process that your dreams can become a reality.
